Sexy Jesus Karaoke (SJK) is a professional karaoke company run by Shaun McGehan — aka "Sexy Jesus" — that has become one of Denver's favorite nightlife activities in the downtown area. Founded in 2015, SJK has grown into a multi-host operation running eight shows a week across multiple Denver Metro venues, and is available for private functions all across Colorado.

What you can expect from me?

A Full Team of Experienced Hosts SJK operates with a roster of dedicated Karaoke DJs including Sexy Jesus, KJ Zombee, KJ Izzy, and Jerry the Hatman. Each host brings their own personality and energy to keep your crowd engaged and singing all night long.
Proven Nightlife Track Record Active since 2015, SJK has built a reputation through consistent weekly residencies at multiple respected venues. Our history includes hosting four nights a week at the beloved Barricuda's before its closure, and we have been running strong at Pete's Satire Lounge through and after the pandemic.
Eight Shows a Week, Expanding More With eight weekly shows spread across venues in Denver, Edgewater, Arvada, and Lafayette, SJK is always growing. We are actively seeking new weekly gigs and are ready to bring that same high-energy experience to your private event anywhere in Colorado.
