Meadows Wedding Venue is an all-inclusive outdoor wedding venue in the Abilene, Texas area, founded by Danny and Vera Snook and built to give couples a complete, stress-free wedding experience under one roof. With multiple outdoor ceremony spaces — including a pergola, outdoor chapel, and a signature Wedding Oak — plus a 3,600-square-foot indoor Celebration Hall, we comfortably host up to 200 guests across breathtaking settings. Every detail, from the flowers to the food to the photography, is handled by our family.

What You Can Expect from Me?

• All-Inclusive Wedding Packages
  Our packages start at $2,995 and cover venue setup, décor, silk florals, custom lighting, linens in over 40 colors, a selfie station, centerpieces, and complete cleanup. There are no hidden fees — just transparent pricing so you can plan with confidence.

• In-House Photography and Direction
  Danny has photographed weddings since 1979 and holds a Certified Professional Photographer designation earned in 1988. Vera serves as Lead Wedding Director, coordinating every outside vendor so you never have to play middleman on your own wedding day. Edited photos are delivered within a week of your wedding.

• Le Cordon Bleu-Trained Chef
  Chef Dustin trained at Le Cordon Bleu and brings real culinary skill to every reception, offering a Tex-Mex buffet, pasta bar, or a fully customized menu. This isn't warmed-up catering — it's cooking your guests will genuinely talk about.

• Wedding Directors Trained to a Standard
  Every director on your wedding day is trained personally by Donna Snook, who built the operational standard that defines a Meadows wedding. From rehearsal the night before through 11 p.m. on your wedding day, your director is fully present and in charge of the details.
