About Me

Hi I’m Josh

Lot One is a community-rooted restaurant born from a passion for great food, drink, and neighborly connection. Founded by neighbors Jaime Miles and Josh Timon, we serve globally inspired dishes — from weekend brunch to dinner — alongside handcrafted cocktails, all made with fresh, locally minded ingredients including produce from our very own rooftop greenhouse. Whether you're planning a private party, corporate event, or wedding festivity, we offer on-site and off-site catering tailored to your occasion.

What you can expect from me?

Community-First Hospitality We built Lot One for our neighbors, and that spirit shows in every interaction. Our accommodating staff is known for friendly service, great menu knowledge, and making every guest feel at home.
A Menu for Every Occasion From bottomless brunch mimosas and creative Benedicts to handcrafted burgers, smoked BBQ, and seasonal entrees, our menu draws on global flavors while keeping families and friends in mind. We offer gluten-free options, kids meals, and rotating seasonal dishes.
Flexible Catering Packages We cater birthday parties, holiday gatherings, corporate events, and wedding festivities both on-site and off-site. Options include our fan-favorite Lot Que BBQ spread, a taco bar, appetizer packages, and customizable bar arrangements including open bar, limited bar, cash bar, and drink tickets.
Rooftop Greenhouse Freshness We grow a great deal of our own produce in our rooftop greenhouse, keeping seasonal vegetables on the menu and ensuring our ingredients are as fresh and local as possible.
Live Music and Events We host weekly live music on the patio every Wednesday from 5–8pm, plus special event nights throughout the year to keep the community engaged and celebrating.
