We specialize in a uniquely textured doughnut where fresh riced mashed potatoes replace about one-third of the flour, resulting in a longer shelf life and a flavor that's all doughnut — not potato. Handcrafted Potato Doughnuts Every doughnut we make follows a time-honored 1930s recipe that uses fresh riced mashed potatoes in place of a portion of the flour. The result is a uniquely soft texture and longer shelf life that sets us apart from any average doughnut shop.
Custom Wedding & Special Orders We work with you on special orders for three or more dozen, incorporating custom colors, sprinkles, drizzles, and flavors based on availability. Just reach out and we'll find a date that works — personalized treats made just for your event.
Inclusive Vegan Options We offer two or three flavors of vegan doughnuts made with oat milk, flax meal, and pumpkin, fried first thing in the morning in freshly filtered oil. Our all-fruit glazes are also vegan, so no one at your event is left out.
Community-Centered Shop We rotate local artists in our shop every six to eight weeks, with all sales going directly to the artist. We also support local fundraising efforts, reflecting our deep commitment to the community we serve.
