We recommend booking at least 6 to 9 months in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak event seasons. However, feel free to reach out for last-minute availability!

Do you require a deposit to hold our event date?

Accepted Answer

Yes, a non-refundable retainer of 30% is required to secure your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is typically due 14 days prior to your event.

Do you travel for events, and are there travel fees?

Absolutely! We love traveling for events. Travel within a 30-mile radius of our base is included in all packages. For events outside this area, a standard mileage and travel fee

Can we customize our package?

Yes! While we offer standard packages to give you a starting point, we are more than happy to create a custom proposal tailored to your specific timeline, budget, and vision.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

If you need to reschedule, we will transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to our availability. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are responsible for the full remaining balance.
