High Country Catering is a Colorado-based catering company founded in 2016 by Executive Chef Rachel, a culinary school graduate who finished at the top of her class and has been recognized as People's Choice Caterer of Northern Colorado and Weld County Caterer of the Year. We specialize in elevating comfort dishes from around the world — American, Mexican, Italian, and French cuisines — for weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings. Whether you're planning an intimate celebration or a large reception, we customize every menu to fit your needs and budget.

Scratch-Made, Customized Menus Every dish is prepared from scratch using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. We work with you to design a menu that reflects your vision, from cocktail hour through dessert.
