About Me

DOP's Sweet Spot is a family-owned dessert truck bringing authentic New Orleans-style snoballs and creamy soft-serve ice cream to Colorado communities, festivals, schools, and private events. Founded by the Ballew family — Kyle, Erin, Cooper, and Hudson — our roots run deep: Erin grew up in New Orleans where snoballs were a summer staple, and she even worked at her local snoball stand through high school. Now we're sharing that same authentic flavor and southern hospitality with families across Colorado, one snoball at a time.

Authentic New Orleans-Style Snoballs Unlike crunchy snow cones, our snoballs are made with finely shaved, snow-like ice for a light and fluffy texture. We offer over 50 gourmet syrup flavors, with optional toppings like condensed milk, caramel, or chocolate — or try one "stuffed" with soft-serve ice cream in the middle.
Mobile Convenience for Any Event Our Sno-Mobile comes directly to you, whether you're hosting a private party, wedding, graduation, school celebration, community festival, or corporate gathering. We bring the treats, the fun, and our eye-catching streetcar trailer to make your event memorable.
A Genuine Family Business We named our business after "DOP" — what our kids call their grandpa — because family tradition is at the heart of everything we do.
