Setup Requirements
Power & Stage Dimensions
We require a flat, solid performance surface (minimum 12x8 ft). If outdoors, the area must be fully covered to protect equipment from the weather. We also require two separate, dedicated 20-amp power circuits within 25 feet of the stage setup.
Early Load-In & Service Elevator
Our team requires access to the venue at least 4 hours before guests arrive for installation. We need a clear, ramped path from the loading dock to the main event space. If the event is not on the ground floor, reserved access to a service elevator is mandatory during the load-in period.
