Das Meyer Fine Pastry Chalet is a family-owned bakery with 43 years of scratch-made cakes, pastries, and fine confections for weddings, birthdays, and every celebration in between. Baking with love is a Meyer family tradition that has been passed down to the next generation, and it shows in every beautifully crafted creation that leaves our shop. We serve engaged couples, families, and anyone looking for an extraordinary handcrafted dessert experience.

What you can expect from me?

Scratch-Made Everything Every product — from our cakes and pies to our danish, cookies, and pastries — is made completely from scratch and baked on site in our shop. You'll never find shortcuts here; quality ingredients and homemade care are at the heart of everything we create.
Extraordinary Flavor Selection We offer dozens of signature cake flavors, from Strawberries & Champagne and Chocolate Cherry Cordial to Tiramisu, Red Velvet, and Crème Brulee. Our traditional cake bases pair with a wide range of custard, fruit, and custom fillings so your cake is truly one of a kind.
Dedicated Wedding Cake Experience We host Saturday cake tastings from February through November, inviting engaged couples and up to two guests to sample at least 15 specialty flavors. No initial deposit is required at the time of ordering, making it easy to start planning your perfect wedding cake.
Occasion-Spanning Expertise Beyond weddings, we create custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, baby showers, graduations, baptisms, Mother's Day, and more. Our galleries showcase the range of styles we work in, from traditional and intricate to modern and playful.
