COLLECTIVE/by Sachs is a husband-and-wife wedding planning team led by Lindsey and Chris Sachs, dedicated to designing authentic, deeply personal wedding experiences for couples who want their celebration to reflect their unique love story, values, and style. Drawing from 25+ years of professional event planning, design, production, and business experience, we've had the honor of planning and designing weddings for close to one hundred couples. Every scope is custom-curated to match exactly the level of support you need, ensuring maximum value and care.
Deep Event Expertise With nearly 20 years and hundreds of meaningful events behind us — including a community-favorite triathlon, a nationwide women's athletic event brand, and important charity events — we understand the who, what, when, where, why, and how of event design and management.
Authentic, Vision-Driven Design We collaborate closely with you to define and source decor, build cohesive wedding day timelines, and curate a vendor team that beautifully delivers on your vision. Frequently Asked Questions

We offer four levels of support to suit different needs and budgets. Full-Service Wedding Planning & Design starts at $7,000 and covers the entire planning journey from vision to wedding day execution. Partial Wedding Planning & Design starts at $5,000 and is ideal if you want to stay involved in certain areas while handing off the rest. Month-Of Coordination starts at $3,500 and is great for couples who love hands-on planning but want expert support in the final stretch. Day-Of Coordination starts at $2,400 and keeps you fully present on your wedding day while we manage all the logistics. Pricing varies based on wedding location and depth of support.

Full-Service Planning covers the complete planning journey, including venue research and selection, vendor curation (typically 15+ vendors per wedding), contract review, budget tracking and allocation, decor and design collaboration, wedding day timeline building, a shared resource centre with planning documents and templates, and full on-the-day coordination and vendor management. We treat every wedding as if it were our own, ensuring your vision is heard, respected, and creatively amplified throughout the process.

Both services begin right away so you have a resource to connect with throughout your planning — 'Month-Of' is an industry term, but we don't wait until the final month to get involved. Month-Of Coordination goes further than Day-Of by including an additional planning meeting, vendor recommendations and contract review, a more in-depth consultation to shape your wedding day experience, minimal design assistance, and an extra two hours of wedding day coverage. Day-Of Coordination is more logistical in focus and best suited to couples managing the majority of their own planning who simply want expert execution on the day itself.
