Cherry Bomb Events is a wedding planning and floral design team dedicated to making every couple's wedding the absolute best party they've ever been to. We ditch the "supposed to's" of traditional weddings and create celebrations that are uniquely, authentically you — whether that looks wild, romantic, spooky, boho, or wonderfully whimsical. Frequently Asked Questions

We offer three levels of wedding planning support. The Month Of / Day Of package ($3,000–$4,500) is ideal for couples who enjoy planning themselves but want expert execution on the day. The Mid-Range package ($3,500–$7,500) suits couples who want to stay involved while receiving ongoing guidance and vendor management. The Full Service package ($7,000–$10,000) is an all-inclusive, start-to-finish experience for couples who want a dedicated wedding industry insider at every step. Every package is personalised, so pricing reflects the scope of your event.

The Month Of / Day Of package includes three planning meetings (starting right away, not just in the final month), unlimited email support throughout your entire planning process, a custom vendor recommendation list, review of all vendor contracts and proposals, a detailed event timeline, a wedding to-do list with month-by-month action items, a wedding floorplan, ceremony rehearsal supervision (up to 1.5 hours), collection of all décor and celebration elements, full day-of coordination and on-site vendor management, setup and strike of personal décor, and an event emergency kit. A Lead Planner and an Assistant Planner are on-site for 10 hours on your wedding day.

The Full Service package wraps everything in the lower-tier packages plus weekly planning meetings, unlimited phone and video call support, venue scouting and tour scheduling, a venue comparison spreadsheet, full event vision and design conceptualisation, menu planning guidance and caterer tasting attendance, entertainment planning, Rehearsal Dinner / Welcome Event planning, guest list and RSVP management, accommodation and transportation coordination, full budget creation and management, and guidance on all printed materials from save-the-dates through to menus. It also includes the complete Month Of / Day Of coordination package.
