There are four packages to choose from: Memory Collection ($500) focuses on creating a slideshow or movie presentation for families handling their own event. Virtual Celebration ($1,500) is a fully remote option via Zoom for up to 300 participants. Gather of Love ($1,750) suits small in-person gatherings such as a home or restaurant. Eternal Celebration (starting from $3,750) is a full-service planning and coordination package that includes venue sourcing, vendor management, onsite day-of coordination, slideshow creation, invitations, and more. À la carte add-ons are available across all packages.

The Eternal Celebration package covers everything from start to finish: an initial planning call and in-person meetings, budget planning, venue sourcing, vendor selection and management (caterers, florists, music, live streaming, and more), slideshow or movie creation, invitation design, guest list building, RSVP coordination, and full onsite setup, orchestration, and breakdown on the day of the event. Additional design and creative elements are available à la carte.

Yes. The Virtual Celebration package is designed specifically for families and friends who are geographically spread out. It includes setting up a Zoom event for up to 300 participants, creating and sending invitations, managing RSVPs, planning and moderating the service (including music, imagery, and speakers), creating a slideshow, and having both a Host and Co-Host managing the call. A test run is also conducted before the memorial.
